Human rights activist on suspected hate attack in London, Ontario – June 7, 2021
Amira Elghawaby, a human rights activist and board member of Canadian Anti-Hate Network, speaks with CPAC’s Peter Van Dusen about the killing of four members of a Muslim family in London, Ontario. London police allege that the incident, in which the victims were struck by a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old man, was motivated by hate. The police say that the driver targeted the family because they were Muslim. Elghawaby says the alleged attack has sparked fear and concern in Canada’s Muslim communities.
