She announces that a cluster has been confirmed in the central health region (Notre Dame Bay area). There are seven confirmed cases, seven presumptive cases, and one probable case. At this time the cases appear to be linked and there is sign of community spread, but the source is still under investigation. Effective at midnight, communities from Lewisporte to Summerford will move to alert level 4 and tighter restrictions.
