He comments on the cross-border essential workers initiative reached between Manitoba and North Dakota, which will see that state providing free COVID-19 vaccinations to Manitoba-based truck drivers transporting goods to and from the United States. The Conservative leader also discusses the recently tabled federal budget, the first in over two years. The Liberal government has proposed more than $101 billion in net new spending over the next three years.
