Doug Ford, the premier of Ontario, speaks briefly with reporters after touring a hospital in Mississauga, Ont., that is serving as a distribution site for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. In his remarks, the premier comments on the revelation that Rod Phillips, the Ontario finance minister, has taken a personal trip outside of Canada. Ontario is currently in a province-wide lockdown and public health officials have repeatedly urged residents to forgo non-essential travel.
