COVID-19: Travel recommendation for Nova Scotians studying outside province – November 13, 2020

In Halifax, Dr. Robert Strang, Nova Scotia’s chief medical officer of health, and Premier Stephen McNeil provide an update on the province’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. Dr. Strang says he is discouraging Nova Scotians who study outside of the province to come back into the Atlantic bubble for the holiday season, as the number of new COVID-19 cases rise across the country. The province is extending its state of emergency for an additional two weeks, effective November 15.
