In Victoria, British Columbia Education Minister Rob Fleming provides an update on health and safety measures that are in place as schools in the province reopen during the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. B.C.’s K–12 schools reopened for in-class instruction the day before. Attendance is optional and students who do attend will do so on a part-time basis.
