COVID-19: B.C. labour minister discusses province's new workplace safety guidelines – May 21, 2020



In Vancouver, British Columbia Labour Minister Harry Bains discusses the province’s new safety guidelines for businesses and organizations resuming operations during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The province’s workplace safety agency, WorkSafeBC, released industry-specific guidelines on May 15 as the province moved to the next phase of its re-opening and lifted additional public-health restrictions in place due to the coronavirus disease. Most businesses started to reopen on May 19.
