Premier Stephen McNeil on Nova Scotia shooting, COVID-19 – April 21, 2020



In Halifax, Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil comments on the April 19 mass shooting in the province. He is joined by Dr. Robert Strang, Nova Scotia’s chief medical officer of health, for an update on the province’s response to COVID-19 (coronavirus). They observe a moment of silence at the end of the briefing in memory of the victims. As of April 21, the RCMP reports that at least 22 people were killed in the attacks.
