COVID-19: B.C. unveils measures to make hydro more affordable – April 1, 2020



In a news conference in Victoria, British Columbia Premier John Horgan announces relief measures to make hydro more affordable during the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. Measures include a one per cent rate cut for all B.C. Hydro customers and a three-month credit for individuals who have lost their jobs or seen their wages cut because of COVID-19. He is joined remotely by B.C. Energy Minister Bruce Ralston, who is taking part in the announcement from Vancouver.
